  • Fundraising

BioSapien (HE Cohort VI) raised $5.5M to begin clinical trials in the UAE for their cancer localization solution.

Their vision is to offer a fair fight to cancer patients by treating cancer at the tumor site using their flagship product: the MediChip. Think of it as a patch that can be applied at the cancer site to deliver chemotherapy locally rather than the current methods which are infamous for having severe on-target and off-target effects.

  • Demo Day VII

Our 7th cohort included 11 startups revolutionizing the healthtech space!

From cancer screening to insurance verification API, the 11 startups pitched to some of the biggest investment firms in healthcare and tech.

Welcoming Cohort X

Health Engine’s Spring 2026 cohort includes companies building autonomous patient transport robotics, microbiome-driven drug discovery models, AI-powered mental health workflow platforms, and real-time hospital discharge coordination systems, and so much more.
